Terms of Service

Last updated: June 12, 2026

1. Nature of the Service

HELM is a market-analysis research tool. It aggregates publicly available price and funding-rate data from cryptocurrency exchanges and applies statistical models to surface setups that meet a defined set of criteria. The output — signals, scores, scanner views, and any related content — is provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

HELM is not a financial adviser, broker, dealer, or investment adviser. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You must not treat any HELM output as a substitute for independent professional advice tailored to your financial situation.

2. Perpetual Futures Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency perpetual futures are highly speculative instruments. Trading them involves substantial risk of loss, including the possibility of losing more than your initial deposit due to leverage. Prices can move rapidly and unpredictably. Past signal outcomes, win-rate statistics, or backtested performance shown on HELM do not guarantee future results and may not reflect the outcomes you would achieve in live trading.

You acknowledge that:

  • Leveraged trading is not suitable for all individuals.
  • You may lose your entire investment, or more if trading on margin.
  • Market conditions, exchange risk, and technical failures can all contribute to loss.
  • No signal, score, or analysis from HELM eliminates or substantially reduces these risks.

Only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Profit

HELM makes no warranty, express or implied, that the information or signals provided are accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for any particular purpose. Data sourced from third-party exchanges is delivered as-is. Model outputs may contain errors, suffer from data latency, or fail to anticipate market conditions.

HELM expressly disclaims any guarantee of profitability. Historical metrics are presented for transparency only and carry no predictive warranty.

4. Account Terms

To access HELM you must create an account with a valid email address and a password of at least 12 characters. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

During the private beta, account creation is subject to review and may be declined or suspended at our discretion. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, at our sole discretion, are being misused.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from HELM without written permission.
  • Attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limits, or any security control.
  • Use HELM output to build a competing data product or resell signal data to third parties.
  • Transmit malicious code, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfere with platform operation.
  • Misrepresent HELM output as your own proprietary research or as regulated investment advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HELM and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of HELM after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any modification, you should discontinue use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceeding is initiated.
